I have still yet to read over all the information given to me via phone conversation on my emails. He was clear with his information and easy to understand he explained everything very well and very clear. My only negative is it took a long time and I explained I had an appt coming up. I appreciate that he would not have been able to take any shortcuts, and he was willing to call back when it was more convenient. But that would’ve meant starting over. But all n all went well and we are definitely considering joining up just need to read over the contract first

Easy, over the phone consult. Knowledgeable reps to speak with. Great follow up with emails and phone calls. Answered my queries and offered policies to meet my needs and budget. The two reps I spoke with were easily relatable to speak with over the phone, that’s a skill! Policy and payment options can be managed online, that’s top tier service.

I would like to commend the one who answered my call. My experiences in the past with insurance agents were not good at all. One, three years ago made me so unhappy that I had to end the call. With one choice, however, the talk was very comfortable and I felt supported. The points he needed me to understand were presented in a concise yet clear way. When I was on the verge of feeling shy or embarrassed, as the questions needed answered could be very personal, and my tendency is to make light of things and laugh, he matched my tone as well yet remaining respectful and deferential. His emphaty throughout the almost one hour call was much appreciated. Thank you for drawing me out and thus help me articulate my needs and dreams to leave something for the family however little. Thank you for knowing your product/s so well, you were confident to give me the answers I need to know. And for the times that you don’t have the answer, thank you for being directly honest. Thank you for a good flow of conversation, not rushing and not too slow, too. I will definitely recommend one choice to friends because of this one very positive experience. May the Lord bless you a hundredfold for your kindness and sincerity to help. Amen.
