Was easy to set up over the phone, Didnt have to fill out any paper work,do any tests etc Angel on the phone that works for one choice was very helpful and made it easy, I was able to still work while answering the questions, I missed a call,but still rang me the next day to follow up. Once completed the information over the phone I received an email confirming everything, Too easy Definitely recommend to others,

Was very impressed by how my queries were answered straight away and nothing was forced upon me for example was asked about another cover to what I had signed up for and I requested information instead of having to run through it all right there and then and was emailed information. Highly recommend one choice with great policies available and amazing customer service.

Best customer service very engaging as let’s face it it’s a weird conversation talking about the future and death of yourself so was made to feel quite comfortable. Friendly and answered questions so I 100% know what I was agreeing to so hung up with no uncertainties lurking which I find great.

Quite a high premium for little cover. Sales rep was very good but could speak a little slower to help with understanding all aspects of the policy.

Policy is a little higher than my other cover but does allow me to withdraw 75% after reaching 85 years old. My other policy doesn't do that.
