Was really friendly and helpful to sign up initially , but when it came to just wanting a quote I was talked out of it and pressured to sign up. I then wanted to cancel to think about it and review my options without having to worry about money being taken and cancelling was the hardest thing to do. I couldn’t just email, I tried ringing multiple times and even when I finally had someone contact me it was still pressured. I would’ve returned as a customer if it wasn’t for this. I had just had a child and wanted to just press pause.

The sales agent on the phone took the time to answer my questions clearly. She was quite patient and seemed to know the answers immediately (Ie it didn’t sound like she had to look it up or anything). Which set my mind at ease. The whole process was very straightforward and I did not feel pressured which was nice. Very deserving of 5 stars

Little payments for a big payout! What’s not to love

I was scrolling on ig and the add came up for one choice life insurance. I had previously had life insurance with my bank but stopped paying because I couldn’t take smoker off it as I had quit 8yrs ago. I filled out the questionnaire and someone called me from one choice in like 5seconds!! Great customer service, very clear instructions and information, friendly easy going representative and great choices of insurance. I can relax knowing my children will be ok when I’m gone.

First time signing up for an insurance and it was a breeeeze 😌 really great service 😊 would definitely recommend to other family members and friends. Plus from past experience of other family members being part of One Choice made me choose them as well. I signed up online and within minutes I received a call, so they're VERY quick 😊 Person I spoke with (Benjamin) was really nice as well. He made the process SUPER easy and clear to understand.
