Very helpful on the phone giving plenty of options my only suggestion would be if they asked at the start of the call if it was a convenient time to talk I felt so bad having to cut them off mid conversation to say could they call back as I was out

The service is excellent the staff are friendly and helpful. They provide helpful information you may not understand or are unsure of. The only thing I would recommend is to add on the website a good time when to call, as I have found all insurance companies call during my work hours.

Honestly one of the best experience talking to these people they offer a wide range of policies, and the lady who helped me was amazing she stepped down on to my level and even offered some sound advice in life I wasn’t in a good head space when I rung my mother was dying and she set aside her work hat to lend a ear for the moment and could relate to me on a personal level, and that really helped my hinengaro and my spirit we worked out a plan best suited to my budget and here we are I’m one of the 1st people in my whanau to have life insurance and I’m glad I made the step because If I get sick I’m sorted if I pass away my children won’t have to worry and I’ll be at peace knowing there some what comfortable. And it’s affordable too thanks so much team and the call centre lady I appreciate you most of all keep helping others you beautiful soul one choice for the win 🏆 Nga mihi

The sales agent on the phone took the time to answer my questions clearly. She was quite patient and seemed to know the answers immediately (Ie it didn’t sound like she had to look it up or anything). Which set my mind at ease. The whole process was very straightforward and I did not feel pressured which was nice. Very deserving of 5 stars

I was scrolling on ig and the add came up for one choice life insurance. I had previously had life insurance with my bank but stopped paying because I couldn’t take smoker off it as I had quit 8yrs ago. I filled out the questionnaire and someone called me from one choice in like 5seconds!! Great customer service, very clear instructions and information, friendly easy going representative and great choices of insurance. I can relax knowing my children will be ok when I’m gone.
