Was really friendly and helpful to sign up initially , but when it came to just wanting a quote I was talked out of it and pressured to sign up. I then wanted to cancel to think about it and review my options without having to worry about money being taken and cancelling was the hardest thing to do. I couldn’t just email, I tried ringing multiple times and even when I finally had someone contact me it was still pressured. I would’ve returned as a customer if it wasn’t for this. I had just had a child and wanted to just press pause.

The sales agent on the phone took the time to answer my questions clearly. She was quite patient and seemed to know the answers immediately (Ie it didn’t sound like she had to look it up or anything). Which set my mind at ease. The whole process was very straightforward and I did not feel pressured which was nice. Very deserving of 5 stars

Christina was excellent to deal with, only flaw I found was when explaining to me the life insurance policies it seemed scripted like she was just told to read me everything I needed to know about the life insurance policy & regulation's from start to finish & was just a lil bit hard to get in questions as they came up & I felt like I was being rude by interrupting her,but overall she was nice & very patient with me (my phone went flat twice cutting her off)🤦🏻‍♂️but WE got there in the end.....😁 thanks Christina
