I was hoping for more cover and for lover a onger time than 20 years but due to my high bmi and probably because Im a smoker I was only offered the minimum and for a 20 year cover which was quite disappointing but it is was it is. Some cover is better than none

He was very bubbly and very informative. He made sure he was reading every statement correctly if he missed a word he would apologize and read it out again to ensure the correct information and regulations were said and that I understood before he continued..very thorough, clear spoken and overall fantastic service provided.

When I rung One Choice the service was awesome - each time customer service ''promised'' to ring back, for more information, but never did - we had to call One Choice, that was the only issue - service was awesome, quote was prompt - thank you.

Service Review
It was good, but I felt that the written disclosures that the advisor had to read out was extremely long to a point I started Yawning 🥱 then I was asked do I agree and I had completely forgot what he said and the poor guy had to read it again. Maybe try and find a way to keep it short and simple
