Applying was so easy and straightforward, also customer service was absolutely great and well explained. Policy was to the point and even though I hear lots of other family and friends talk about their cover's with other insurance companies and how they increase every year but never know by how much until they get it in the mail. He was not pushy with the information , I didn't feel pressured into taking up the Insurance. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knew the products and was a pleasure to talk to except Rosie. I found her condescending, monotonous and very "bullet pointed". An example of this her Manager excepted "absolutely" where she got upset and specifically wanted "yes or no", as one of many examples. That aside the other individuals made this process very bearable. They were also a lot cheaper than my previous supplier.
