I think the representative I spoke to may have been Osheen? I must admit he was amazing help and made it so easy without me feeling that I was forced into a quick decision. He clearly explained the cover i was interested in and answered any questions i had. He was patient and very professional. What a pleasant and easy process. Thankyou Osheen (i truly hope that is your name, apologies if I am wrong because you deserve only praise. I purchased funeral cover and hope i last the 12 months waiting period before I may need it lol

I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service rep, Benjamin. Benjamin has been absolutely fantastic. It has taken me a few weeks I think to get my Funeral Insurance under way as it has been a very distressing time for me. Benjamin has been so patient with me until today he made a follow up phone call to me and I was able to get this underway. Benjamin was very through with explaining everything to me. I will be happy to let family and friends know to get in contact with One Choice as they are great and super helpful. Thank you so much Sharyn Broadley
