I think the representative I spoke to may have been Osheen? I must admit he was amazing help and made it so easy without me feeling that I was forced into a quick decision. He clearly explained the cover i was interested in and answered any questions i had. He was patient and very professional. What a pleasant and easy process. Thankyou Osheen (i truly hope that is your name, apologies if I am wrong because you deserve only praise. I purchased funeral cover and hope i last the 12 months waiting period before I may need it lol
