The OneChoice paperwork I received seems to be in order, although I have a couple of questions I need to clarify, I will ring the 0800 number.

1. Know when to STOP!!! I understand that there are procedures your telecom employee must go through in order to sell the product. However the operator needs to listen to what a customer wants and react, rather than very quickly read a script they have to legally get through, a lot of the script is difficult to take in when you are driving, and at the end you are asked a question "Do you understand", for me it takes a while to grasp things, but if I had answered No the operator would have read the script again. Besides I was sent all the documents and read through them at my own pace, which I understood clearly and reacted to the forms I had to fill in. 2. Know how to pronounce your customers' name. The telecom person asked my name on a number of occasions, of which I repeated to them on a number of occasions, you would think they would listen to how you pronounce your name and take your lead and try and pronounce it correctly. Unfortunately they continued to pronounce my name incorrectly. "Makes me a little upset"!!!!

It quite good and hopefully what in the policy is what it will be. No secret or hiding condition that might interrupt at the end. I also hoping of easy contact from here in NZ. Otherwise I really like the Onechoice policy for funeral insurance. It is good. This is my choice.

This was the 1st call I have had to make to anyone regarding funeral cover instead of life insurance. The person I spoke to listened to what I wanted, sent me my quotes & left me to it for a week to go over them & get other quotes too. Very patient with me as I had to consider the best option for my circumstances. I am pleased to say I chose One Choice after a good look at other policies from different companies and they had the best to suit my needs. I would recommend them to others.
