The sales person i had no problem with. However when the call was handed over to an operator to add my beneficiaries the operator was not very polite. He was RUDE and IMPATIENT during the call. I felt like he was not listening was being sarcastic. I only wanted one thing to add beneficiaries but he kept repeating himself and making me sound stupid.
