The sales person i had no problem with. However when the call was handed over to an operator to add my beneficiaries the operator was not very polite. He was RUDE and IMPATIENT during the call. I felt like he was not listening was being sarcastic. I only wanted one thing to add beneficiaries but he kept repeating himself and making me sound stupid.

I spoke with Jesse and she was amazing she made it possible for me to join and always made sure I understood what was discussed. Her people skills were top notch great to talk to, went into details with it all. So please if you see Jesse, I don’t know how many Jesse’s there are but she sounded young with lots of energy. She deserves a raise haahhaha. Thank you!!!!

The service is excellent the staff are friendly and helpful. They provide helpful information you may not understand or are unsure of. The only thing I would recommend is to add on the website a good time when to call, as I have found all insurance companies call during my work hours.
