Applying was so easy and straightforward, also customer service was absolutely great and well explained. Policy was to the point and even though I hear lots of other family and friends talk about their cover's with other insurance companies and how they increase every year but never know by how much until they get it in the mail. Customer services person spoke very clearly, was easy to understand but regularly checked that I understood what he was saying. He was not pushy with the information , I didn't feel pressured into taking up the Insurance. I told him that I would need time to think about this option, but I confirmed the next day as I felt comfortable that I had been giving all of the information that I needed to sign up.
