Applying was so easy and straightforward, also customer service was absolutely great and well explained. Policy was to the point and even though I hear lots of other family and friends talk about their cover's with other insurance companies and how they increase every year but never know by how much until they get it in the mail. With OneChoice they explain it clearly from the get go and your options you have to choose from, so that's why I'm giving a 5⭐.

Customer services person spoke very clearly, was easy to understand but regularly checked that I understood what he was saying. He was not pushy with the information , I didn't feel pressured into taking up the Insurance. I told him that I would need time to think about this option, but I confirmed the next day as I felt comfortable that I had been giving all of the information that I needed to sign up.

Was not happy I was unable to progress with my 95% completed application while staff member was away on leave or I would of had to start over. Any staff member should be able to step in and assist to cover absences. Applications should not be locked down to a single staff member. A week later and 3 phone calls later, I managed to speak to the member of staff... Because of this I was hesitating signing up and was doubting one choice’s credibility. I dont want my loved ones experiencing hassles when I am no longer here to speak for myself. However, I have completed my application and signed up, fingers crossed its smooth sailing from here. The policy Im happy with, the service was not that good.
