Was not happy I was unable to progress with my 95% completed application while staff member was away on leave or I would of had to start over. Any staff member should be able to step in and assist to cover absences. Applications should not be locked down to a single staff member. A week later and 3 phone calls later, I managed to speak to the member of staff... Because of this I was hesitating signing up and was doubting one choice’s credibility. I dont want my loved ones experiencing hassles when I am no longer here to speak for myself. However, I have completed my application and signed up, fingers crossed its smooth sailing from here. The policy Im happy with, the service was not that good.

The person who helped me over the phone was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience actually enjoyable despite it being a purchase for life insurance. The fortnightly payments are amazing and so adorable I was shocked when I received my quote. I've told a few people about one choice already hopefully they do the right thing and sign up too.
