Both agents I dealt with were super friendly, helpful and had great product knowledge which they imparted to me in a way I found easy to understand and digest. After considering the choices I made over the weekend, I decided to adjust the cover I initially committed to, and when I called back to ask for the amendments to be made, I received just as good service. From my experience in this transaction, you sales call centre team appear to be professional, well trained, and perfectly suited to this type of customer-centric role.

I maybe wrong, but I thought the insurance policy covered additional Jordan was great speaking to maybe consider highlighting to a first timer the difference between Terminal Illness and Serious Illness and give the customer heads up before accepting to the policy to go find out the proper weight and height from date this is giving especially after Christmas. Most callers who respond to the advertisement on holiday and during Christmas period may not have the exact information then.
