Very clear and concise information given. Operator’s job was made easier because I wanted insurance cover. So no. Hard sell needed. Very impressed with the manner of the person that I dealt with. If the government decides to adjust my pension down or if my rent goes up, it will affect my ability in paying. So I have to be aware of that!! How sad is that! That my funeral insurance is dependent on governmental or land lords whims!

It was a satisfying conversation were i was happy and attractive to the offer that suits me best with alot off imformation and tips my budget can sustain a long term payment, And i also was reassured positive options that my family will have no struggles in financial frunel costs or to have some or most costs covered to help ease the process.. Thank you onechoice for looking after familys love ones in new zealand and Australia , when the time comes to celebrate and remember the times we had with them.. Amen. 🙏 🙂

The lady i talked to was very considerate kind and helpful.. She gave me all the information i needed.about funeral insirance.including nominating beneficiaries accidental death, and living with medical serious conditions. I really like the aspects around once you reach 75 85 you stop paying your policy and get 75% of your funds back. Plus i got an email from the company with all the information.

Taking out the cover was to long. The 4th sales person I communicated with in the end was lovely. ( Bella ) The hassle of constantly not being connected to the original person I first contacted and the second was a nightmare Being palmed off to other people, constantly having to repeat our identities, my parents names my own name and our date of births was very annoying. Being misunderstood over a simple question and given the incorrect answer. If it weren't for my parents needing this cover. I would never communicate with this company. Calling from Australia and getting the run around many times, makes me give 1 star for the slow poor service.
