Extremely helpful customer service rep, very detailed and thorough, answered all questions I asked in a simplistic way so very easy to understand. Great value for the cover with extra benefits included, a very nice surprise! Super simple to set up a direct debit while on the phone as well. Very important to us that we were dealing with a NZ owned company also. So...in summary...a new VERY happy customer!

The product provides peace of mind. Its waiting period is not excessive and bi-weekly payments are capped and will cease after the age of 85. I am interested whether One Choice can sustain this kind of insurance for Kiwis over the next, say, two decades? Any way the whole process over the telephone was easy to follow and the customer services person was patient and helpful.
