you probably have a good product in your eyes . I was taught on my first day of work, 48 odd years ago , " keep the customer happy , and we get paid " " the customer pays the wages " I asked for a different way of writing / filling in the Beneficiaries Form. Was Told Unable too. There is No Such Thing as Can't. If you have people / structure / rules ; that are unable to type in what a customer would like on , their / in their Policy . then you have a problem. thank you for the opportunity , I have since made other arrangements.

The Lady i delt with on the phone was lovely explained everything clearly made me feel very comfortable getting funeral cover for my husband and myself. Just having my mother in law pass away 3 weeks ago made us get this cover as we learnt how costly funerals are and wouldn't want our family left to pay for things. So pleased we have it sorted know won't have to worry when our time is up. 😁
