Staff member very knowledgeable and continues to ask questions and answer appropiately. I feel some times that if ask of a price or change mind it seems like I am annoying to the person so I leave it. Talking about a quote does not mean payment should be starting until much later (because I said yes then changed mind of price, mentioned that document has already been sent through that means she will have to contact them.. so I left it and said I might change it later as I do feel it is too much that I can not afford), I do feel that before anything gets sent forward to finance it should be checked prior before signing it off like I have committed.
