The person I was speaking to had very clear communication and patience. I found it easy to be able to answer all of the questions, The call last almost 50 minutes but at the speed that we were talking it did not feel long at all. The pricing is fair to me. I feel secure that my family wont struggle when I pass, it's like a weight off of my shoulders.

Hi there, My name is Aarie Tamatoa, and I just had the pleasure of signing up for life insurance with OneCover today, thanks to the awesome customer service rep who helped me. His name is Ray, which is short for Raven (which I thought was pretty neat). I just wanted to take the time to tell you that Ray was professional, courteous and welcoming right from the beginning. His calm, cheerful tone eliminated the dread of hunting for life insurance. My first journey around life insurance korero was not welcoming in the slightest. As you are well aware, life insurance is hard to secure for a larger person. But, Ray has helped to put my mind at ease with a policy; to which I feel grateful for and assured. Give Ray a box, shout him a feed for lunch, or at the bare minimum, a cookie, for his awesome customer service lol. Kia pai to ra, Aarie
