Claire was the person I was lucky enough to answer my call. AND she was AMAZING!!!!!! If I wasn't sure about anything she would simplify the question down for me to understand. VERY patient, nice and clear while relaying information and questions back to me, really knowledgeable about the policy i was purchasing and I just really appreciate her.

Staff member very knowledgeable and continues to ask questions and answer appropiately. I feel some times that if ask of a price or change mind it seems like I am annoying to the person so I leave it. Talking about a quote does not mean payment should be starting until much later (because I said yes then changed mind of price, mentioned that document has already been sent through that means she will have to contact them.. so I left it and said I might change it later as I do feel it is too much that I can not afford), I do feel that before anything gets sent forward to finance it should be checked prior before signing it off like I have committed.
