I have to say that one choice has a huge asset in Jesse who was my customer service representative I had the privilege of dealing with over the phone. Her customer service skills were next level. This is exactly the experience a customer service anyone having to discuss very personal matters with should receive. In fact, it was such an uplifting experience dealing with her. This is why out of all the insurance companies that called me when I asked for a quote, I choice one choice.

Going through medical history and discussing what happens when die didn't seem like it should be a fun experience! You wouldn’t think so anyway. But Jesse made me feel very comfortable. It was a fun open conversation not met with judgement.
