Price. Easy to deal with except one individual (Rosie) who I almost stopped during and after each occasion we chattered. Other staff and her Manager were second to none.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, knew the products and was a pleasure to talk to except Rosie. I found her condescending, monotonous and very "bullet pointed". An example of this her Manager excepted "absolutely" where she got upset and specifically wanted "yes or no", as one of many examples. That aside the other individuals made this process very bearable. They were also a lot cheaper than my previous supplier.

They were good but they could have listened more and given time for the customer to speak and build rapport. It felt a little scripted and robotic like they wanted to get through the process. I know they are doing their job and being recorded may have made them self-conscious. Overall it was a good experience.
