The thought of making arrangements in case of terminal illness or worse can be daunting in itself but the One choice call centre representative made this stress free, light hearted and put my mind at ease. One choice call centre hours are also available after 5pm to cater to those who cannot answer the phone until later in the evening; we have a pre scheduled appointment one week in advance and after 5pm to discuss life insurance for my fiancée who cannot answer his phone during the day. Absolutely amazing service! Delighted to be part of such great culture!
