Christina was excellent to deal with, only flaw I found was when explaining to me the life insurance policies it seemed scripted like she was just told to read me everything I needed to know about the life insurance policy & regulation's from start to finish & was just a lil bit hard to get in questions as they came up & I felt like I was being rude by interrupting her,but overall she was nice & very patient with me (my phone went flat twice cutting her off)🤦🏻♂️but WE got there in the end.....😁 thanks Christina

Questions relating to insurance policies are in plain language, easy to understand and follow, no legal jargon! Awesome attitude from call centre representative! The thought of making arrangements in case of terminal illness or worse can be daunting in itself but the One choice call centre representative made this stress free, light hearted and put my mind at ease. One choice call centre hours are also available after 5pm to cater to those who cannot answer the phone until later in the evening; we have a pre scheduled appointment one week in advance and after 5pm to discuss life insurance for my fiancée who cannot answer his phone during the day. Absolutely amazing service! Delighted to be part of such great culture!
