Having everything done over the phone for the first time applying for a life insurance at my late age of 56 was somewhat nerve raking. I really didn't know what to expect. Nevertheless, I was greeted over the phone with a very warm welcome. And from there it went quite smoothly and before I knew it, I was very calm throughout.
