I appreciated being contacted promptly after my initial query. The information given was exactly what I wanted to know. My only minor handy hint is maybe your consultants could speak a little slower especially when reading out important policy information - its a lot to take in especially the technical bits and when asked if there is anything else you want to know, for most of us our mind goes blank. Maybe at the start of the query they could ask if the person has a hearing disability? Those who have do not find the question offensive - and it can help set the tone and build rapport with the potential client. They could even say something like - now tell me if I am speaking too fast. Otherwise all good.

After considering the choices I made over the weekend, I decided to adjust the cover I initially committed to, and when I called back to ask for the amendments to be made, I received just as good service. From my experience in this transaction, you sales call centre team appear to be professional, well trained, and perfectly suited to this type of customer-centric role.
