Identify if the individual is single or married. I maybe wrong, but I thought the insurance policy covered additional Jordan was great speaking to maybe consider highlighting to a first timer the difference between Terminal Illness and Serious Illness and give the customer heads up before accepting to the policy to go find out the proper weight and height from date this is giving especially after Christmas. Most callers who respond to the advertisement on holiday and during Christmas period may not have the exact information then.
