I have understood every level with the company’s policy questions and having a demanding work life found the “over the phone” setup very helpful and commend there business conduct. Was not happy I was unable to progress with my 95% completed application while staff member was away on leave or I would of had to start over. Any staff member should be able to step in and assist to cover absences. Applications should not be locked down to a single staff member. A week later and 3 phone calls later, I managed to speak to the member of staff... Because of this I was hesitating signing up and was doubting one choice’s credibility. I dont want my loved ones experiencing hassles when I am no longer here to speak for myself. However, I have completed my application and signed up, fingers crossed its smooth sailing from here. The policy Im happy with, the service was not that good.
