Great on phone . Only fault is that you cannot choose different backup beneficiaries for your funeral insurance when you die . You can have multiple ones and spread the funds between them . But not one that gets it all then if their not available due to death , someone else allocated which is absolutely STUPID.

I purchased a Funeral policy for my husband but the discovered our Funeral Policy was fully paid up with Chubb so unfortunately did not take out this new policy. The young lady I dealt with was extremely kind, courteous and most helpful. I am sorry for the time and trouble you had to spend preparing papers. Christina was excellent to deal with, only flaw I found was when explaining to me the life insurance policies it seemed scripted like she was just told to read me everything I needed to know about the life insurance policy & regulation's from start to finish & was just a lil bit hard to get in questions as they came up & I felt like I was being rude by interrupting her,but overall she was nice & very patient with me (my phone went flat twice cutting her off)🤦🏻♂️but WE got there in the end.....😁 thanks Christina
