you probably have a good product in your eyes . I was taught on my first day of work, 48 odd years ago , " keep the customer happy , and we get paid " " the customer pays the wages " I asked for a different way of writing / filling in the Beneficiaries Form. Was Told Unable too. There is No Such Thing as Can't. If you have people / structure / rules ; that are unable to type in what a customer would like on , their / in their Policy . then you have a problem. thank you for the opportunity , I have since made other arrangements.

Extremely helpful customer service rep, very detailed and thorough, answered all questions I asked in a simplistic way so very easy to understand. Great value for the cover with extra benefits included, a very nice surprise! Super simple to set up a direct debit while on the phone as well. The service offered over the phone, and the financial product itself is unbeatable. Not only was it explained very clearly and in detail, it was a very simple no stress process. Further to that, not only all digital documents were supplied same day, but all hard copy will also be posted to store for future reference. Compared to the multiple hurdles others may try to put you through first, OneChoice is the most welcoming and approving I've ever enquired about with out any complications. The call staff lady who answered and signed me up was just brilliant. I'd give her 6 stars alone if it were available. Outstanding.
