Great on phone . Only fault is that you cannot choose different backup beneficiaries for your funeral insurance when you die . You can have multiple ones and spread the funds between them . But not one that gets it all then if their not available due to death , someone else allocated which is absolutely STUPID.

I purchased a Funeral policy for my husband but the discovered our Funeral Policy was fully paid up with Chubb so unfortunately did not take out this new policy. The young lady I dealt with was extremely kind, courteous and most helpful. I am sorry for the time and trouble you had to spend preparing papers. Was what I was looking for, I wanted funeral insurance, saw ad on tv and sounded good, so I filled in a survey and got a call. This woman was good Australian, very nice, was really pushing to sign me up asap. Very persuasive
