I was trying to get a quote online, however after my initial contact, I received 4 calls in one day. I eventually answered, went through the whole questionnaire thinking I was going to get what I asked for which was $600 000, only to receive my contract which was for only $100 000. If I can make a suggestion, perhaps ask clients who are requesting a quote If they would like to be called back I stead of barrage clients. It can be quite off putting
