Was really friendly and helpful to sign up initially , but when it came to just wanting a quote I was talked out of it and pressured to sign up. I then wanted to cancel to think about it and review my options without having to worry about money being taken and cancelling was the hardest thing to do. I couldn’t just email, I tried ringing multiple times and even when I finally had someone contact me it was still pressured. I would’ve returned as a customer if it wasn’t for this. I had just had a child and wanted to just press pause.

She was quite patient and seemed to know the answers immediately (Ie it didn’t sound like she had to look it up or anything). Which set my mind at ease. The whole process was very straightforward and I did not feel pressured which was nice. Very deserving of 5 stars
