Was really friendly and helpful to sign up initially , but when it came to just wanting a quote I was talked out of it and pressured to sign up. I then wanted to cancel to think about it and review my options without having to worry about money being taken and cancelling was the hardest thing to do. I couldn’t just email, I tried ringing multiple times and even when I finally had someone contact me it was still pressured. I would’ve returned as a customer if it wasn’t for this. I had just had a child and wanted to just press pause.

The sales agent on the phone took the time to answer my questions clearly. She was quite patient and seemed to know the answers immediately (Ie it didn’t sound like she had to look it up or anything). Which set my mind at ease. The whole process was very straightforward and I did not feel pressured which was nice. Very deserving of 5 stars

The service offered over the phone, and the financial product itself is unbeatable. Not only was it explained very clearly and in detail, it was a very simple no stress process. Further to that, not only all digital documents were supplied same day, but all hard copy will also be posted to store for future reference. Compared to the multiple hurdles others may try to put you through first, OneChoice is the most welcoming and approving I've ever enquired about with out any complications. The call staff lady who answered and signed me up was just brilliant. I'd give her 6 stars alone if it were available. Outstanding.
