I was hoping for more cover and for lover a onger time than 20 years but due to my high bmi and probably because Im a smoker I was only offered the minimum and for a 20 year cover which was quite disappointing but it is was it is. Some cover is better than none

He made sure he was reading every statement correctly if he missed a word he would apologize and read it out again to ensure the correct information and regulations were said and that I understood before he continued..very thorough,clear spoken and overall fantastic service provided.

Having everything done over the phone for the first time applying for a life insurance at my late age of 56 was somewhat nerve raking. I really didn't know what to expect. Nevertheless, I was greeted over the phone with a very warm welcome. And from there it went quite smoothly and before I knew it, I was very calm throughout.
