My wife purchased life insurance for us and I answered questions and competed the forms. Contrary to their claims, they are not the best value at all. My wife then went to another company, but when she tried to cancel the OneChoice policy they refused and kept deducting from her account. I had to do it, but they were obstinate, and slow to act on the cancellation, yet they were still happy to take further deductions. Even after accepting the cancellation, they post dated this and said they would take one more deduction. Imagine making a claim when one of us dies. Would they honour the policy with the policy holder now deceased? I just don't trust this company at all.

Christina was excellent to deal with, only flaw I found was when explaining to me the life insurance policies it seemed scripted like she was just told to read me everything I needed to know about the life insurance policy & regulation's from start to finish & was just a lil bit hard to get in questions as they came up & I felt like I was being rude by interrupting her,but overall she was nice & very patient with me (my phone went flat twice cutting her off)🤦🏻♂️but WE got there in the end.....😁 thanks Christina
